About ruth
Bare Beauty Aesthetics LTD was founded in 2017 by Ruth Barron-Munns with one goal in mind, to enhance your natural beauty. As a new mum to a then 6 month old, Ruth quickly realised, gone were the days when she could spend time putting herself together! Then the light bulb moment, ping, how can not only mums but busy women in general actually save time getting ready in the morning? If I can wake up with already expertly applied makeup and flawless skin, half the battle is won!
where it all began
Ruth hasn’t always been in this industry and spent 14 years looking after patients at a large Psychiatric Hospital. Prior to that she had undertaken an Art Foundation Course, a year at Beauty Collage and then whilst employed at the Hospital took a BSc in Psychology and then a MSc Forensic Psychology and Crime! Ruth has definitely always had a passion for art and science in equal measures, Bare Beauty Aesthetics LTD fulfils both of those passions.
Trained by many of the leading industry providers, Ruth specialises in a handpicked selection of aesthetic treatments that compliment her philosophy of less is more. Ensuring she keeps up to date with current techniques, Ruth is always striving for more for her clients, offering safe, affordable treatments for people of all ages.
She takes her time to understand you and your needs and prides herself on creating a truly collaborative process, apart from the actual tattooing! Ruth’s Permanent Make Up services include micropigmentation of the eyebrows, lips and eyes. There is not one brow, lip or eyeliner to suit all here at Bare Beauty Aesthetics. Each procedure is truly bespoke to you.
Ruth also specialises in Advanced Skincare Therapies including, Profhilo and Sunekos (Injectable skin re-modellers), Dermaplaning, Medical Grade Chemical Peels , Skin Needling and LED light therapy. Each of these different types of treatments set out to stimulate the skin with an aim to boost collagen production. Making the skin work to be its best self by plumping and refining the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Ruth can also treat specific skin conditions including, Acne, Rosecea and Pigmentation with medical grade in clinic treatments and prescribed home care products.
