Terms and Conditions

When becoming a client of Bare Beauty aesthetics ltD, you agree to follow my Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours’ notice is needed to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the following late cancellation costs will be charged:

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will not be refunded and the remainder of the treatment cost will be due.

  • If I receive less than 48 hours’ notice and I am not able to fill the slot, then you will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value.

  • If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.

  • If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure

  • Complaints are required to be logged a maximum of 8-weeks post follow up session.

 

Terms of Business

Non-refundable booking fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee will be charged for every appointment whether you are a new or returning client, the fee is relative to the treatment being booked.

  • A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all Permanent Makeup appointments. This will be taken at booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final treatment price.

  • All appointments will need to be booked via our secure booking link - you will be prompted to pay a booking fee online.

  • When booking online, we use an online booking system called Timely.

  • Timely will send you our T&C - pre and post treatment forms, booking confirmation and text and email reminders of your scheduled appointment.

  • To protect us as a small business, we use a card capture facility which is encrypted and secure and allows us to charge for no-shows.

  • As a small business, we need to do everything to protect ourselves and mitigate losses.

  • If your appointment is booked in the clinic the booking fee can be taken by card payment.

  • if booking an appointment over email or social media the technician will email you the booking fee link directly. This needs to be paid within 12 hours to keep the appointment date.

Example 1 – ombre Brows = £395, £50 non-refundable booking fee and £345 due on the day of your appointment.

Example 2 – Chemical Peel = £95, £30 non refundable booking fee and £55 due on the day of your treatment.

Patch tests

  • These are required for all new clients minimum 24 hours prior to your treatment. Without it my insurance is void and I will be unable to carry out the treatment.

Make up for appointments

  • Please ensure all eye make-up is removed prior to your appointment if you have booked in for an eyeliner treatment.

  • Please ensure that any individual lash enhancements are removed prior to an eyeliner treatment.

  • If you’re booked in for an express dermaplane, please ensure you come make up free.

 Top Up Appointments

  • Top up appointments must be booked within 4-12 weeks of the first appointment, otherwise will be charged as a colour boost.

  • All new Permanent Makeup treatments require a top up and this is the client’s responsibility to book in a timely fashion. This will usually be booked in following your initial treatment. If this is booked later than the cut-off date (12 weeks post initial treatment), the client will incur extra charges as this requires more of the technician’s time.

    The top up session is complimentary but completely necessary and is required to be undertaken 6-12 weeks after the initial appointment.

    If you fail to show up for your top up appointment, all further appointments will be charged as a colour boost.

aftercare

  • PMU is a minimally invasive treatment but does require some downtime and healing. The healing is the responsibility of the client and full aftercare instructions will be given. At the top up the technician will be able to see to what extent the aftercare was followed. There can be no guarantees to the healed result and in the unlikely event that you require a third session this is charged at colour boost price.

  • You will be automatically sent your aftercare directly after your appointment. If you have any queries, please contact your technician immediately.

  • If you have any concerns with your brows, you are required to contact your technician within 7 working days.

Time keeping

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to carry out your treatment and the full treatment charge will be applied.

Children and friends.

  • In order for you to fully relax and enjoy your treatment and allow me to give you my full attention, I kindly ask that you don’t bring children with you.

Your client record form

  • You agree to keep your personal record up to date with your full contact details, which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointment.

Payments

  • Payments can be made by cash, card or bacs. If paying by bacs, you will be required to transfer the outstanding balance prior to the treatment.

Gift vouchers

  • gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

  • Expiry is 6 months after the date of purchase - this was extended to 12 months after date of purchase during the covid-19 pandemic. please discuss with staff if any queries. bare beauty aesthetics ltd have been able to provide clients treatments without restrictions since april 2021.

  • gift Vouchers may be redeemed against services only at bare Beauty aesthetics ltd.

  • gift vouchers May not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • bare Beauty aesthetics ltd is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen.

  • gift vouchers are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

  • gift vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.
